The property is situated in the beautiful village of Wolferton, close to the Sandringham estate. Our clients have owned the property for a number of years and decided that a programme of refurbishment and extension was required to provide more comfortable and up to date accommodation.

The project was carried out in three separate phases spread over four years. The design and detailing uses red brick walls with carrstone feature panels, clay plain tile roof coverings and purpose made timber windows, to ensure that the new works blends with the existing building.

The house is heated with electric underfloor heating at ground floor and electric night storage heaters at first floor.
