On three separate occasions we have been commissioned to design extensions for this existing freight terminal.

The original warehouse had external loading docks protected by a canopy roof. The first extension includes new loading docks with a steel framed enclosure, clad with profiled metal cladding.

The second extension is a storage warehouse of 1,760m2 with a 15 metre eaves height. This is designed with 35 metre clear span portal frames clad with profiled metal cladding and a power floated floor slab.

The third is a two storey 215m2 office extension which not only provides additional office space but also provides accommodation for drivers. This is a steel frame construction with insulated profiled metal cladding to walls and roof. The floors are constructed with precast reinforced concrete planks.
